Before coming to Northwestern, Dr. Noordewier taught at Michigan State University and the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. He specializes in pharmacology and teaches microbiology, biochemistry, human physiology and immunology. He also has taught in the Creation Care Study Program in Belize. He has a doctorate from the University of Utah. His memberships include the Iowa Academy of Sciences, American Scientific Affiliation, New York Academy of Science, Society for Experimental Biology and American Society of Nephrology.
