Red Raiders Set to Play in 2008 NAIA Volleyball Championship
The Northwestern volleyball team will begin play at the 2008 NAIA Volleyball National Championship next week at the Tyson Events Center/Gateway Arena in Sioux City, Iowa. The 10th-ranked Red Raiders are 27-7 overall and are one of four teams in pool C, along with #3 Concordia (Calif.), #15 Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) and #21 Walsh (Ohio).

Red Raiders Fall to Dordt in GPAC Opener
The Northwestern men's basketball team lost its GPAC opener to Dordt College 89-79 in front of a packed house in the Bultman Center Tuesday night. The Red Raiders drop to 4-4 on the season while the Defenders improve to 4-2.

The Northwestern women's basketball team opened GPAC play with a convincing 86-73 win over rival Dordt College Tuesday night in the Bultman Center. The Red Raiders improve to 5-4 overall, 1-0 in the GPAC, while the Defenders fall to 2-6 overall and 0-1 in the GPAC.
