Justin Lane (Lancaster, Calif.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his baseball career at Northwestern College next year.
The son of Dan and Penny, Lane is a 5’11” third baseman/pitcher for Antelope Valley College. He batted .286, .529 with runner’s in scoring position, with 13 RBIs and 13 runs scored for the Marauders last season. Lane also went 1-1 on the mound with four saves and a 4.29 ERA. He will major in athletic training at Northwestern.
According to Head Coach Dave Nonnemacher, “Justin is a quality player who will have a big impact on our program. He plays in a very competitive junior college conference and has had success playing at a high level. Justin is a team leader and an extremely hard worker and will be a great addition to our baseball program.”
