Matt Gray (Bright, Ontario) has signed a letter of intent to continue his baseball career at Northwestern College next year.

The son of Peter and Carolyn, Gray is a 5’10” catcher/outfielder for Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute. He was a member of an Ontario Blue Jays team that went 45-10 last season and won the 2005 USSSA World Series in Oklahoma City, Okla. Gray is also the 2006 student council president and a member of the honor roll.

According to Head Coach Dave Nonnemacher, “Matt is the type of player a coach would like to have. He has great character, is versatile and possesses great speed. Matt has experienced a high level of success, and we look forward to him bringing his experience to our program.”
